A recurring feeling that overcomes me in moments of anxiety is the perception of looking at myself from outside, absent from my own body. In a way, recovering from anxious moments teaches me to simply be, for while. The more I open up, the more I see how common it is, how it should be discussed more openly. Predominately using primary colours, I illustrated this feeling of the urgent need to go back to the very basics of our existence.
